Latar Belakang

Training Behavior Based Safety adalah program pelatihan yang berfokus pada perubahan perilaku individu untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja. Pelatihan ini mengajarkan karyawan tentang pentingnya pengamatan, identifikasi, dan modifikasi perilaku berisiko serta memperkuat perilaku yang aman melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan berbasis data. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini meliputi pengurangan jumlah kecelakaan dan cedera di tempat kerja, peningkatan budaya keselamatan, peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan, dan peningkatan partisipasi karyawan dalam program keselamatan.
